Discover your inner creative
MasterPeace launched in September 2019 as London’s first dedicated mindful painting experience, with an initial focus on in-studio classes, hosted in their Belgravia studio.
Founded by Zena El Farra and run by a team of 20 artists, MasterPeace was inspired by new research revealing that creativity tangibly boosts the mood, and can be an effective tool in managing anxiety and even depression.
In the wake of Covid-19, the business had to quickly adapt to the changing circumstances. It was from this that the At Home Art Kits were born, enabling the young business to survive and thrive. They grew to reach customers in 17 different countries around the world with their journey was celebrated on the pages of the Daily Mail, Evening Standard, the Mirror, Forbes, Tatler and more.
Between MasterPeace’s Studio, At Home and At Work experiences ,they are poised to help people build creativity into their self-care routines, wherever they are.
At Home, at your own pace, in your own space, MasterPeace makes it easy to discover your inner-creative, even as a complete beginner, with their curated collection of At Home Art Kits.
Choose from a selection of 10 professional contemporary art works, suitable for adults and children, and receive everything you need to complete your chosen piece delivered straight through your letterbox in their new, beautiful, eco-conscious giftbox.
Alongside their Art Kit, customers gain exclusive access to the MasterPeace mobile app featuring a 40 minute+ step-by-step masterclass tutorial with the kit’s original artist. In turn, clients learn valuable new creative skills and techniques they can take forward into their own art work.
And once it is safe to do so MasterPeace’s relaxed and inclusive studio offers a diverse set of classes where guests can create beautiful, personalised works of art, with the help of professionally trained artists, using their unique projectors. Their range of creative experiences are enjoyed as part of guests’ weekly wellbeing rituals, and are also popular among family and corporate groups for special occasions.
I really saw something in Zena and the MasterPeace experience that is increasingly relevant. I loved the actual product at a moment when we are all looking to try new things and particularly in the mindfulness space. Whilst some of the component parts were criticised during the Den I could see how willing Zena was to listen and respond and indeed, since the Den the kits have changed dramatically to improve on sustainability and quality. From the moment you receive the box of goodies now, it has a real wow factor.I also really liked that Zena hadn’t fallen at the first knock of opening an experience business within months of the lockdown, indeed by introducing the Art Kits and online app experience she showed how “tuned in” and nimble she could be. Having worked with Zena over several months now…I have also been proved right!!
