Magic Whiteboard
Create a whiteboard from a roll - anywhere in seconds!
Business description
Magic Whiteboard allows you to create a whiteboard from a roll - anywhere, in seconds! It combines the best bits of both a flipchart and a whiteboard. The sheets stick to any hard flat surface using static so there's no need for tack, tape or glue and no marks are left on walls, glass or doors. Each sheet measures 60cm x 80cm, the same size as a flipchart pad.
Since appearing in the Den, a number of other innovative 'Magic' products have also been added to the range, including Magic Blackout Blinds and Magic Sticky Notes.

Deborah’s reasons for investing
Neil and Laura gave an assured performance in the Den, steadfastly working through their pitch to ensure that we all understood the opportunity. Although this isn't the type of investment that normally grabs me the product looked great and I felt that Theos retail expertise and my sales and marketing experience could be a really good combination for Magic Whiteboard.
What’s happened since they appeared in the Den?
After appearing in the Den, Neil and Laura were granted sole and exclusive rights to distribute and sell Magic Whiteboard for an unlimited period. The business has expanded rapidly from a small part time concern to a national and international brand. Online sales of Magic Whiteboard continue to grow and the product is also available through many of the major stationary and office products suppliers including Ryman Stationery, Staples and WHSmith's across the UK, Ireland and other countries.
A number of innovative new products have also been added to the magic range;
Magic Blackboard - a black version of Magic Whiteboard used with chalk or chalk markers.
Magic Clearboard - a transparent version of Magic Whiteboard.
Magic Sign Paper - an innovative adhesive inkjet photo paper that sticks without leaving any residue or glue - create signs, posters and vehicle graphics.
Magic Blackout Blind - a temporary blackout window covering that sticks like magic to block out light.
Magic Blackout Blind has proved to be a best seller in the baby market with parents on the look out for products that will stop children from waking early in the morning. Stockists include Jo Jo Maman Bebe, The Great Little Trading Company and Boots.
Magic Sticky Notes – erasable and reusable self adhesive notes
Magic Whiteboard A4 Dry Erase Sheets – the A4 version of Magic Whiteboard
The Magic Whiteboard Drawing Pad application is also now available to download from iTunes. It's a drawing pad, colouring book and sketch pad designed exclusively for the iPad.
